Masoud Valinejadshoubi

Founder, Director of Technology

Masoud conducts extensive research and development activities to aid in the development of NovoSolTech’s products. He also stays up-to-date on technological advancements and emerging trends within the industry to ensure NovoSolTech remains at the forefront of their market, and continues to offer an effective and innovative product. Masoud has an extensive employment history in architecture and design, and is presently pursuing a PhD in Building Engineering. Masoud holds a Master of Architecture degree, a Bachelor’s degree focusing in Architectural engineering, and an Associate degree in Architectural Drawing.

Alireza Aliakbar Alhosseini

Module Engineer and Director of Procurement

Alireza is responsible for engineering NovoSolTech’s customized window modules, and also oversees inventory, sources materials, and manages relationships with vendors. He possesses professional experience in electrical engineering, project management, and entrepreneurship. Alireza holds a Bachelor’s degree specializing in Electronic Engineering.

Behrouz Tavakoli Khorasani

Director of Engineering Design and Business Development

Behrouz’s role is centred around optimizing NovoSolTech’s products by reviewing feedback, developing strategies to enhance products, and rigorously testing prototypes. He also pursues measures to expand the company’s line of products. With more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector, Behrouz is an expert in project management, team management, business development, engineering design, and manufacturing. Behrouz holds a Bachelor of Science degree focusing in Mechanical Engineering.

Navid Assadi

Director of Production and Operation

Navid oversees the production, design, and quality assurance measures of solar and thermal windows at NovoSolTech. He is also a highly qualified project manager, with employment experience in construction and civil development. Navid holds a Bachelor’s degree specializing in Industrial Engineering.
